• Each vacation rental is uniquely furnished with antiques and vintage items throughout and are fully equipped with staple food items, linens, and towels, etc. They all have hottubs for your soaking pleasure.
• Whether you are looking for a private mountain cabin or a quaint Asheville apartment, we have a place for you.
• All locations are close to hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, sightseeing and many other mountain pleasures.
• Please inquire about the special amenities that make each of our vacation rentals unique, including Onsite Therapeutic Massage available at all locations by NC-LMBT.
• We can accommodate you for the weekend, the week or monthly. Special rates apply if you choose to stay for a week or more.
• All Asheville Cabins, Cottages and More properties are pet friendly (please read our FAQ section for more info) with no additional fee, however there is a required refundable pet deposit.
• No smoking is permitted inside any of Asheville Cabins, Cottages & More locations.

Rental Agreement
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund with 21 day or more notice, 50% refund with 20 to 8 day notice, 0% refund with 7 day or less notice, unless the location can be rerented for the same time period, minus $50 administration fee.
